Look and Style Though looks are quite personal a choice, IMO, the car looks pretty. The wide stance and the low profile gives it a sporty look. The seat covers offered along with the car, the alloys, the dashboard with silver rings around the a/c vents..all look beautiful, yet not excessive in styling.   Comfort Not the best car for a comfortable rear seat travel due to the stiff suspension and hard seat cushioning. However, the driver of the car would admire the quality of the front seat and the visibility. Even for short drivers (= 5' 3 tall) the car offers good visibility. The control it offers thru the hydraulic steering and the ABS brakes are a joy for the driver. The A/c is the best you can find in any hatchback in this category and cools the entire cabin in less than a min during a gruelling Chennai's summer.   Pickup Equally good as a DDiS engine from maruti, this engine does not have the turbo spike which we experience in any Fiat powered marutis. The car pulls well from 1500RPM and is a joy to drive around 3000RPM. With all five passengers + the a/c, the pick-up however drops and I've to turn off a/c while overtaking on highways :D   Mileage Best mileage on my 7000kms run car is 19kmpl on highway at speeds around 110kmph. I always run my car with the a/c on. In city, it returns 15kmpl (with a/c). However, on spirited runs (140~160kmph) it returned only 16.58kmpl.   Best Features Driveability, Value for money, bluetooth enabled stereo with steering (column) mounted controls, good ABS, stability on highspeeds   Needs to improve Cabin quality : Rattling heard from all parts of the car's cabin and is a common issue with all Figo owners. The dashboard turned red from the initial blue color within a month and half!! The earlier Figo dashboard color used to be red and they seemed to have re-painted it to make it look blue, which now started showing. Poor service station performance : I registered atleast 4 major complaints with them, of which not even a single one is rectified properly. 1. Difficulty in engaging gears (1st & reverse) 2. Dashboard discoloration 3. Rattling in body 4. Poor 3M teflon coating (done thru Lathangi ford) - Now I've bought turtle wax and started buffing my car myself after paying INR 3,800 for an absurdly inferior quality teflon coating. Ford seems to do nothing about this!!!   Overall Experience Still loves my car for the experience it offers while driving thru the ghats or on highways. Enjoys the a/c in gruelling summer while in city and easy on pocket for the money I've spent in owning one. (considering that I paid 7.2lacs for the fully loaded variant vis-a-vis 8.84 for a Swift Zdi or 9.3lacs for an i20). Once the free services are over, I'd find a local workshop where I can sit with them to get the issues rectified. Will NOT extend my warranty. :)
