Skoda Slavia 2022-2026 news

It’s available in with the top-spec Style variant only

The Slavia was unveiled in November 2021, and its bookings have been underway from the same time

The 1-litre MT combo is offered across all trims while the automatic gearbox is reserved for the top two

Bookings for the sedan are already underway for a deposit of Rs 11,000.

The bigger and more powerful Slavia replaces the recently discontinued Rapid sedan

The Slavia was seen with 16-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, LED lighting, and a sunroof, suggesting it likely was the range-topping Style trim

The deliveries have been preponed to commence by March this year

With sporty, lowered suspension and giant 5-spoke alloys, this is the Slavia we wish Skoda would build someday

The two sedans will have a lot in common, while keeping some unique elements to distinguish one from the other

With the current Octavia priced well beyond the reach of most, the Slavia appears to be the spiritual successor to the original Skoda sedan in India

We pit the Slavia against its rivals on paper to see if it has what it takes to give them a run for their money
