Renault Duster 2019-2022 Moonlight Silver

Had taken a Duster amt diesel 110ps vehicle and in 1st month itself, it showed its true color. Life-threatening incidents happened and service folks changed the gear assembly (AMT) only to get into the second instance of the incident of steering getting jammed while running. All these in just 2000kms. Didn't touch the car after the second incident and returned the faulty car to Renault and raised a consumer complaint in the state consumer forum. Lost trust in Renault.

I would like to strongly convey my disappointment that I am yet to receive a delivery date. I would like to make the following points and bring them to every one notice: I was given a false promise of delivery by the sales personnel Mr. Rizwan and Mr. Hitesh Joshi for the delivery on the 19th of September or in case of unavailability of color the delivery would be made latest by the month-end of September. After my mail to all the officials, I was contacted by Mr. Dharmendra who then promised me to provide a delivery date by the 28th of September and also requested to bear with the inconvenience caused and promised to do the needful. The booking amount along with the full payment for the car has been disbursed through the Loan as undertaken by me from HDFC bank, I have been given all kinds of reasons but not the car or confirmed delivery date as promised by the Renault team. They are not even ready to compensate me with any discount or reimbursement of my installment (EMI) - Even while I am writing this - I have not received the date of delivery - but false promises every day.

Really proud to own an SUV of this kind. (Long-time goal achieved) If you are the person who loves to spend more time behind the wheel - Just go for it. I recently bought the Renault Duster Phase 2 Variant RXS AMT Diesel (Red Color - The last one from the factory) on which I got a good offer of 2 lac rupees. Drove almost around 2000KMs, and just loved the stability and the punchy push when you hard press the accelerator. Even though its AMT, I was very well convinced with the performance and on the other hand you have accepted the traditional AMT characteristics. (Little sloppy up to 1500 RPM, but once it crosses, you will feel heaven.)
