Hyundai i10 Sportz AT comes loaded with all new Kappa2 engine which guarantees better performance and mileage . The engine has a capacity of 1.2L that churns maximum of 79bhp@6000rpm and maximum torque of 111Nm@4000rpm. The 4 cylinder in line engine comes with a displacement of 1197cc that delivers a very good mileage of 15.4kmpl in city and 19.2kmpl on highways. Kappa2 engine is used in this car with VTVT technology which helps in giving a better fuel efficiency. Alternator Management System (AMS) helps in controlling the amount of power that is delivered to the battery. Hyundai i10 Sportz AT comes with an automatic transmission which gives an acceleration of 100kmph in 13.02 seconds and delivers a top speed of 151kmph.

Braking & Handling

The front suspension is of the type Mc Pherson Strut with Coil Spring whereas rear suspension if of the type Coupled Torsion beams Axle with coil spring. The front wheels are packed with ventilated disc brakes whereas the rear wheels are packed with drum brakes. The electronic power steering wheel offers a very good and smooth hold. The combination of disc/drum brakes is quite powerful that helps to prevent shocks that might occur due to unwanted surprises on the roads.

Safety Features

The presence of Dual Air Bags at the front provides safety to the passengers by giving them a cushion like membrane in case of accidents. The front fog lamps helps in clear vision during nights. The availability of central locking for all five doors makes sure that the car is safe. Some other features that enhance the safety of this car include engine immobilizer, reverse parking censor, impact sensing auto-door unlocking etc. The presence of seatbelt pretensioner prevents from head on collisions. Some passive safety features include door open warning lamp, seat belt warning lamp, seat belt reminder, clear lens fogging lamps.

The car offers AUX and USB ports with Bluetooth connectivity which helps the passengers in listening to their type of music.  Both the front and the rear windows are power windows. Hyundai i10 Sportz AT offers an automatic transmission which provides comfort to the driver as there is no tension of shifting the gears.
