Q5 2012-2017 2.0 TDI Premium Plus Review
Audi Q5 is a luxury SUV and comes in numerous trim levels with one petrol and two diesel engine options. The Audi Q5 2.0 TDI Premium Plus is the mid range diesel variant that comes fitted with a 2.0-litre turbocharged diesel engine. It can develop a maximum power of 174.3bhp that results in a commanding torque output of 380Nm. This vehicle is blessed with styling aspects like LED rear lights, forged aluminum alloy wheels and xenon plus headlamps. Its interiors are have been made with Milano Leather upholstery. This SUV has advanced comfort features like driver information system with color display, Audi drive select, and quattro permanent AWD system. Apart from these, it is also available with an optional off-road package that includes a set of rugged bumpers, door cover strips, wheel arch extensions and stainless steel running boards. This high performance vehicle is incorporated with innovative safety features like anti-slip regulation, dual circuit with diagonally split braking system and six air bags. Interiors:
The interiors of this Audi Q5 2.0 TDI Premium Plus variant are done up with Milano leather upholstery and is further emphasized by walnut dark brown inlays. Its cockpit has two electrically adjustable individual seats, wherein the driver seat also has memory setting. Furthermore, they have 4-way lumbar support with vertical and horizontal adjustment. This variant is powered by a 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine that has the latest direct fuel injection system. It comprises of four cylinders and a total of 16 valves that displaces 1968cc . This power plant is further incorporated with a turbocharging unit that allows it to produce 174.3bhp at 4200rpm in combination with a peak torque output of 380Nm in between 1750 to 2500rpm. It is further mated with a seven speed S-Tronic automatic transmission gearbox that works in combination with quattro permanent AWD system. This vehicle can accelerate towards 100 Kmph speed barrier in 9.0 seconds and can reach a top speed of 200 Kmph.
Braking and Handling:
Its front wheels have been equipped with high performance McPherson Struts, while the rear ones have been paired with conventional disc brakes.
