February 3, 2016: Jaguar has made the debut of its first ever SUV, F-Pace at the ongoing 2016 Indian Auto Expo, New Delhi. The SUV is expected to be launched in the second half of the year. The car will stand strong against the likes of Volvo XC90 , Audi Q7, BMW X5 and others. There will be four variants on offer namely, Pure, Prestige, R-Sport and First Edition. Under the hood, F-Pace will get two diesel engine options viz 2.0-litre twin turbo Ingenium and 3.0-litre V6 twin turbo. The 2.0-litre churns out a power output of 178 bhp @ 4000 rpm and 430 Nm of max torque at 1750 - 2500 rpm while the 3.0-litre engine delivers 296 bhp of power at 4000rpm and a colossal 700 Nm of max torque at 2000 rpm. The interior features include Jaguar’s 8-inch InControl infotainment system, a 5-inch multi-info display, with analog dial instrument cluster and 80 W Jaguar Sound System.
