Auto news India - Kia Carens Clavis news

If you want an automatic Kia Carens Clavis with more features, you have no choice but to consider the turbo-petrol engine variants

Although there are a lot of mass-market MPVs already on sale, does the added design premiumness and a loaded feature suite make the Clavis worth the wait?

If you want a diesel-powered Carens, you’ll have to settle for the one-below-top HTX variant, which doesn’t get some niceties the HTX Plus offers

The Kia Carens Clavis is available in seven variants and three engine options including petrol, turbo-petrol and diesel

The Carens Clavis will be available in seven broad variants: HTE, HTE (O), HTK, HTK Plus, HTK Plus (O), HTX and HTX Plus

Along with a new and aggressive design, the 2025 Clavis gets some modern-day comfort and safety features over the Carens MPV

Despite a strong safety feature suite and having bases covered, the Clavis’ base variant does not come with an infotainment system

The past week had it all starting from a new Kia MPV debut, the launch of a new version of the Windsor EV, a Tata teaser, a Jeep special edition and multiple official updates

Bookings for the Clavis are now open for a token amount of Rs 25,000

The Kia Clavis is basically a heavily updated version of the Carens with more premium design touches and a new interior

Kia offers the Carens Clavis with only monotone hues. There are no dual-tone colours on offer

The Carens Clavis will be on sale simultaneously alongside the Carens and both the MPVs differ a lot in terms of design and features they offer

Bookings for the Kia Carens Clavis will commence from May 9 and the MPV will be on sale alongside the current-spec Kia Carens In India

The upcoming Clavis MPV will be available in 8 monotone shades and a fascia that is inspired by the international-spec Kia EV5

While the wraps off the Clavis are set to come off tomorrow, its prices are expected in June
