BMW X1 was my first choice as an SUV. But, I wasn't sure if this BMW will match my expectations. So I took the test drive. The experience is unforgettable, gear changes quickly and power transmits in just a blink of an eye. I wasn't expecting that being the smallest SUV of the BMW, X1 will ever be able to deliver the top-notch driving experience. 

Many people here have pointed that X1 is small from the inside and that rear seats are not comfortable. But, I'll say that, for a daily commute, there?s no other SUV better than this. It's fuel-efficient and easy to handle. With X1, it requires no efforts to overtake the traffic. The interiors of the X1 is designed smartly and sensibly to keep you at the centre of comfort. However, if you are particularly looking for an SUV for travelling long distances. Then I will recommend you to go for its big brother X3.

After taking the test drive of BMW X1 last week, I can say that X1 is far better than its rivals. It's something that is made for Indian drivers and especially for Indian roads. BMW X1 is value for money, and with this SUV, you'll get everything. From the powerful engine to the affluent and cosy interiors, X1 shares a lot of features with its siblings. However, there is one thing that I didn't like, and that's the second-row seats. The space is tight back there for healthy and tall persons like me. But, when on the driver seat and passenger seat, I can say that there?s enough headroom and legroom for tall and healthy people.

This is a great car because it gave full milage on petrol version.
