Pulls to left

Hi All,  I purchased the VW in Oct'10 it has been pulling to the left since day 3 of purchase...the cust service complete disaster.PLS DO NOT BUY THIS CAR...........this has been my first car and a complete disaster...I  I have been to the service station which is situated in Lalbaucgh which is on the other side of Mumbai 4 times in 4 weeks now. when I only expected to take it there once I have completed 15000 kms or 12 months. The 1st visist I was informed that there was a problem with the allignment and I waited there till 7pm only to see a scratch on my car....which the body work expert worsened by scrapping it with some kind of sponge that entire part of the car lost its shine completely....On my way back home i was in a dilema to know that the pulling problem still persists. Called the service station again and they stated they would need to see the car again. The service guys came to pick up the car next week and called me stating that the engineer has tried the car and there seems to be no problem with the same. I left to the service station before i could go to work. To my surprise the engineer admitted later stating that the car was indeed still pulling to the left. I wondered what was the engineer doing in the 1st place. They have now changed the tyre set to JK tyres today. Will test it for a couple of days to see if it still persists I will be dragging them to CONSUMER COURT. Anyone with the same problem wanting to join pls call me.Sandeep - 9833446297 - Mumbai
