Pathetic Toyota helpline service
I purchased car from Udaipur dealer 4 months back. TG he issue is with its documents. The variant name mentioned in invoice is not what has been captured by the dealer for insurance and RTO. All efforts with co's help line and dealer office did not give any clarification. The invoice says it is INNOVA CRYSTA ZX TU but in company arranged insurance and dealer arranged RTO it is mentioned as INNOVA CRYSTA 2.8 Z (7 SEATER). .Dealer says they are one and same but not able to clarify what I the need then and how They can be different when invoice if different? Really except taking a legal route no other option seem left. Can anybody advise me on this please. Thanks in advance.
