Worst After Sales Services, Avoid Tata
You'll never know when this car will break down. I've been using this car for 2.5 years since day 1 it had an alignment issue and the service centre ignored my complaints until the front two tires are worn out by 8.5k km. The fuel lid never closes properly and everyone on the highway will point that it is open it gets very uncomfortable. Many complaints to service centre yet they don't care. One fine day car doesn't start and warns that the engine is locked, towed it to the service centre at my expense as the warranty is expired, service centre keeps it for 3 weeks unable to solve the issue so replaces the entire lock set and charged me 10k, the car worked for 20 days and engine lock warning came back, this time they replaced airbag ecu constraint module under extended warranty, the car worked for 12 days and engine locked warning came back. All thanks to incompetent mechanics of select cars uppal, dealership. If TATA cannot fix their after-sales services they better don't sell cars.
