Pathetic after sales service

Look and Style- ok   Comfort- ok   Pickup- ok   Mileage- ok   Best Features- nothing much   Needs to improve-  Too much of engine noise, need to work on it.   Overall Experience- Service centres are really bad in handling the load, they are not yet equipped to handle the load. Need to to wait hours to gather for the advisor and also not proper response for the staff.
