Needs to improve: In almost everything. Starts from explaining the features of the car, how to deliver a car.... Basic things what should be done for a customer.......................... and toooo many... Overall Experience: BAD. What if a car is having all excellent features and no proper service center and proper servicing. For any automobile, servicing is the basic criteria which is the worst in Renault. When given for car servicing there is no cleaning and washing of the car just oil change and nothing else. The car is being delivered as it is. I don't know if this is happening in every service center but this happened in Hyderabad service center in LB Nagar. Where there is also no proper response.
