Alto is the most selling car in India. It's a small but good car for a small family use. It has a small 1000 cc engine. For daily use it is a good choice because of its great mileage which is 28 kmpl in petrol and 32 km/kg in CNG. Due to their shape it is very small and not requires more space for parking. It is first car in world which sell over 30 lks unit in a country. It was launched in 2000 in India. Only drawback of this car is its safety.There is very less in safety in this car. But for learning purpose and for women use it is very effective because of less torque. The engine of this car is same which is in Wagon R and Celerio.. Max torque is 47 PS Top speed 137 kmph. In India it is sold then the other car of its similar segment in same budget .. and other reason for this car is the tag of Maruti which helps it to sell more quantity in Indian Market where the buyer go for a trusted brand which is Maruti in India.
