Pros : Looks and feels good

Cons : More accessories like Vanity kit, body cover

Look and Style:- I have been owning this car from last 2 months, looks fantastic specially the rear side of the car,  and its a perfect car to showcase in the upcoming movies :-) Comfort:- Front and rear both are pretty comfortable compared to any other sedan at this price range. My height is 6 feet and i can sit comfortably in the driver's seat plus the person sitting right back can easily fit in and relax. Pickup:- AC makes the pickup down, but i feel riding this car with AC on doesn't make much difference. The gear box is so smooth and easy to switch gears. Mileage:- After first service the car mileage is increased from 14 to 16 kmpl with AC on.  Best Features:- Boot space is fantastic, saves lot of stuff from putting inside the car. Also, the bluetooth connectivity is pretty good technology. Reverse camera makes it more secure. Needs to improve:- The back seat has to be a bit wider so that 3 people can easily fit in. Provide more accessories in terms of vanity kit, body cover and gear lock. Also to work more on building a stronger body in terms of safety feature. Overall Experience:- Luxury at a good and affordable price

I also booked a petrol s variant on 06.06.2014 and have been waiting desperately. i called over Hyundai Regional office and got the VIN No of the vehicle. But when contacted the dealer, they know nothing. They cannot commit when the car arrives. They even do not provide me the the VIN . Hyundai should stop these fraud practices of the dealers.

    Vikram |18 Aug,2014 07:15:35 PM

Mr Sreekanth: - its been over a month that I own a petrol variant. Same was the case with me. before the 1st service, i got a mileage of 13 Kml. however after the first service, I had gone for a long drive of about 150kms for the engine to set. now i'm getting around 16 Kmpl.

  • Sreekanth |20 Aug,2014 11:25:51 AM

Thanks Vikram . As per the suggestion from others, I checked the tyre pressure and enhanced to 31 psi. After that , I have been getting an average of 14 kmpl ( both city and highway ) . hope it will increase to 16 or 17 kmpl after the first service. Can u pls tell me how the brakes appeal to you. is it sharp and uncomfortable? . You may pls udate u r fuel efficiency also.

I drive a Hyundai Getz which is in excellent condition but is 8 1/2 years old and I feel that time has come to switch to a new car before niggling problems start in my old faithful. I am in a quandary deciding what to buy. Sticking to Hyundai should get me an added benefit of things like 'loyalty bonus'. We are a small family and do mainly city running around. I hardly use the luggage boot of my car. I am looking at the Amaze, Xcent and i20 Elite. I do most of the driving and need to have a comfortable car to drive. I am a petrol car man. I have just learnt that Maruti is/ has launched Maruti Ciaz. Your opinion please I will prefer the top end version of whatever I buy. Could you kindly give me some guidance. I do not use mobile ph. Hello, I have booked a S(O) AT. Anyone with a AT, what is city mileage. I stay in Mumbai, so it has stop and start traffic.

I owned this beauty on Aug 17th My B'ay- A Twilight Blue AT option. This being my first owned car. I have a Maruti Swift back at Kerala which I bought for my dad. This is an S(O) AT. Excellent Car, Great pick up. Before First Service it was giving 11- 12 Kmpl in Bangalore Traffic. After First Servcie, I went for a Long Drive - 710 kms to Kerala. The Riding is smooth even at 120 KMPH. The best part is the Boot as it carried a Hell lot of Luggage back and forth as I was able to stuff in everthing needed. Even with AC the pick-up was good. I cannot term Gr8. The Handling was gr8 even at High and low speeds. The car is full of Confort, I had driven the Dzire, Amaze and ford Classic but it did not give me the satisfaction I got from this Hyundai car. Looks - 7/10 Handling - 8/10 Braking - 8/10 Ride Quality - 9/10 Mileage - 7/10 Interiors - 8/10 Space- 9/10 A/C - 8/10 Front Seats - 9/10 Rear Seating - 8/10 After the Long Drive and a week, I was surprising getting 15 Kmpl in the city. I fill the Shell Petroleum products.
