I had purchased Verna 1.6 SX petrol car mearly two years back. Car looks very elegant at first site. but on use, following manufaturing defects spoils your first impression. 1) Average of the cars is very poor. Petrol cat gives only 7 to 8 Km /Ltr. in the city run. 2) Fog light mounting brackets on the front bumper are so weak that within a year it strats breaking without any external impact. You need to replace bumper almost every two years due to this problems. 3) Bonet hinges fails within two years of use. During the service service stations overlook lubrication of the hinges. This results to jaming of bonet. Many time week hinges damages the bonet on  opening. 4) Withing a one year use, Clutch paddle gets very hard to push. I do not know that, whether this is a design problem or service stations negligence to lubricate it during the service. 5) Car touches to any spead braker if all five passenges are sitting inside.
