I booked a Hyundai i20 in silver color. On the day of delivery because of some payment issues I finally got the car in the evening around 8 pm. The moment I sat in the car I realized it was all sticky, the windshield was so dirty that I was not able to see through it and the car was stinking really bad. The next day when I saw the car in daylight I realized that both the bumpers and the boot were a mismatch. I called the concerned team and they asked me for a day's time to fix this issue and then I got a reply that "nothing can be done as this wasn't promised". They quoted the car at 6 lakhs and I got the deal done at 5.60 lakhs. There is a lot of scope of the bargain, as they themselves know that the cars are way too overpriced and a promise of 200 checkpoints is bullshit. I would not recommend anyone to buy a Hyundai i20 if you are looking for a genuine car. If still, you plan to purchase the car then please check the car in bright daylight properly from each end so you don't have to regret your decision later like me. The paint job they do is really bad and all the pieces they repaint doesn't match with the other pieces. I would rate them a -1 out of 5 in terms of car quality and commitment.
