Bumy Ride on new honda city 2017. Poor suspensions.

I purchased honda city 2017 petrol V model as my second sedan . I was very enthusiastic as this is premium car in its segment mainly that great name of HONDA. But after using the car for about 2000 km, i wonder about my decision. It had great looks with spacious seating reasonably good interiors electronic controls. Its pick up is average or sluggish. Needs higher throttle. Gear change is not smooth especially 1st 2nd creates khut noise . In bumper to bumper traffic needs acceleration orherwise it is jerky or stops. Worst aspect of the car is highly continuous jerky bumpy ride at rear. Its so harsh that one feels seating in auto or scooter. The jerks dont stop. Its painful one may have to go to orthopaedic doctor for bodyache. Dealer is clueless my frequent visits including sending video of ride to Honda helpline is yielding results. Feeling like getting back my old fiesta or selling this new car . Recommend not to buy this car.
