Poor aftersales service of Honda City at Udaipur by Autocam Honda

I purchased a brand New Honda VMT on September. Somehow I missed the first free service. The person whom I knew had left Autocam Honda, Udaipur. I tried to contact other person but instead of cooperating they are giving the mobile number of works manager. Franatically I am calling the works manager( Mr Shailendra) to find out if any service camp will be held at nearby Bhilwara which is quite close to Rampura Agucha where I reside. But to my dismay nobody bothers to pick up my call. Highly disappointed after spending close to rs 10 Lacs on the car
