Very bad customer service - Defects - Hope Honda sees this
I bought a BRV Petrol, VX, MT in October. I notice serious discoloration on roof trim near rear window. Looks like resin has not set properly and has come out and hardened. I took it to the service center to lodge a complaint hoping that Honda quality system will take note and improve their quality. They took pic etc, but, no response back. So funny they write - "We would request you to kindly rate us on a rating scale from 1-10.
1) 10 - being Excellent
2) 9 -being Good
3) 8- being needs improvement (we would require your comments/inputs on the same)" I hope someone from Honda Global sees this and respond
