Pros: 1. Peppy responsive diesel engine. 2. Solid built quality. 3. Fuel efficient. Diesel SUV giving 17 km/l in city and 22 km/l on highway. 4. Feature rich. 5. First in class safety features. 6. Great music system. Very responsive touch screen and user-friendly device. 7. Efficient air conditioning. No need of rear ac vents. 8. Very comfortable and spacious front seats with good lumbar support. 9. Good rear view camera. Good in low light too. 10. 40:60 rear seat and false flooring are added advantage. Large size bags can be carried to airports. 11. Ample storage spaces. 12. Rear view mirrors are very wide. So giving good rear view. 13. Sporty looks. 14. Lights provided wherever its necessary. 15. Very minimal gear lever displacement. Gear shifts are very smooth. Cons: 1. Noisy cabin. Specially you can feel the tyre and engine noise inside the cabin. NVH levels could have been well maintained. 2. Body roll is more specially in city. 3. Few plastic panels are not designed well. Fitment is not good. Panels like windchill ac vent cover, front corner plastic panels which are near the quarter glass and silver inserts on door trims. Its continuous rattling noise. Specially when driving on cement roads. 4. Very stiff suspension. Always gives thudding sound on cement roads. 5. No automatic option in diesel. 6. Very limited shoulder room for three occupants on rear seat. 7. Spare wheel cover locking system is not very good. Need external lock to avoid the theft of cover. If you add add external lock it always hangs in front of the rear view camera which affects the visibility on screen. Cover is very expensive. Ford could have provided number locking system to it. 8. High Intensity Discharge lamps could have been given in accessories list. 9. No cooled gloves box. 10. No LED tail lamps.
