I am writing today to complain of the poor service & commitments about BMW Sanghi Classic Jaipur and Krishna Automobiles Ludhiana. I am going to to share my bitter experience with highly prestigious International brand... The BMW and its dealers BMW Sanghi Classic Jaipur and Krishna Automobiles Ludhiana..I purchased my brand new BMW X3 from Sanghi Classic Jaipur dated 15th dec 2017. I driven it around 3352km.. My agony started on 15th FEb 2018 when me and my family including mother and sister were travelling to attend a marriage in Jhunjhunu of my cousin sister and followed by a wedding of my friend on 20th dec in Delhi. While driving 300 km away from Jammu to my shock the car displayed Drive Train Error followed by sudden power loss . The speed of car reduced from 120 to 40 kmph in spurt of a moment imbalancing the vehicle. I stopped the car and restarted but all in vain again displayed that continue driving with limited performance. Since i was in remote area i thought to reach nearby town populated area. To my surprise wheh i restarted the engine was making much louder rattling noises. NXT I called my sales person Mr. Ayub from BMW SAnghi CLASSIC Principal Dealer AND DISCUSSED ABT THE ERROR. He responded by telling me he is ignorant of such DRIVE TRAIN ERROR.. and gave technician Hemendra no.. the technician advised me to leave the car at same spot because it was a major error. The gravity of the sitaton lies in the fact tht in such circumstances standing on Highway with my old mom and sister i had to call Road side assistance bk to bk. AYUB was convincing me to bring the car to jaipur while RSA told me they can toe the vehicle to nearest dealer and extra charge for km difference for Jaipur was Quoted 45000 thousand extra..Then random calls by Ayub on his behalf to RSA to toe the car to Jaipur if i pay extra amount. This completed process consumed 1 hr more 3.40 after noon and still i was standing on the highway..Then because of delay i called RSA again they confirmed to toe the vehicle to Ludhiana dealer.. waiting for 2.5 hrs the RSA arrived at 6.50..to toe the vehicle .. also for leaving us to my hometown khetri they confirmed Innova becoz of extra baggage.. to my shock they send non maintained ScorpIO, with charger port nt working, my phone was dead.. Even the driver had no idea of route,with no GPS assistance.. I had to reach the marriage place... i asked scorpio driver of the road side assistance as i was in the car of a person who was unknown to me and even not associatere with RSA of BMW.. later his phone also discharged // as i was aware of fortnightly accident on Haryana punjab highwayi i was scared for me and my family but had to continue the travel left with no other option. We reached Khetri at 2 am morning...later nxt day i was infromed tht my car had lot of faults and they r diagonising it by Ludhiana Dealer. Since i needed car i send my cousin from Jammu to Ludhiana to pick up the car when ready or otherwise provide alternate vehicle.. Till 3 pm afternoon my car wasnt ready later informed tht turbo will be replaced which we tk around 7 days.they refused my request of alternate vehicle claiming no BMW policy.. for which i demanded a written note to repair the car in 7 days. they refered in name of mgt and when i asked for peroforma for the faults in the car and replacemnt in car.. they refused to share the details as the car was in warranty period..they kept ligneiring the issued of alternate vehicle and i was left with no car in village khetri till evening on 16th feb. ALL of sudden i had a call frm their representative ( ludhiana dealer) tht they will repair the car by 17th evening. In the meantime I contacted Principal dealer for help to which they told me they r helpless as the car is with ludhiana dealer.. till tht time my cousin was waiting for the car in Ludhiana.. Hence forth i asked for mail for not sending alternate vehicle support and all repair performa.I got a vague mail tht engine is faulty and can pick car by tomm evening. Since I lost faith in BMW customer support system as well as in my car I denied to tk the car bk. they even refused to drop the repaired vehicle at my place .. I was 400 km from Ludhiana.. This is beyond my comprehension tht such kind of grievnace handling happens dealing with International brand. I still feel while driving a brand new car the engine gives error and could hv caused casualty to me and my family.. With two ladies with me in night I was made to travel in a remote area with unkonwn person.In case of mishappening who would bear the consequences... My security was at stake.. Writing this on Sat 17th feb still standing in the limbo at the cost of peronal and proffessional loss. Finally come on topic i am going to start “Social Media Campaign Against BMW” I will share my story on each page & group ( Even i have to pay from my pocket ) What i have found during this case # Faulty Commitment By BMW # Forget Customer After Sale Policy # BMW Sale Always Faulty Cars
