Etios 2013-2014 V SP Review
“Live Tomorrow Today.” This phrase perfectly fits with the all new Toyota Etios V petrol, a Q Class hatchback car. There's no one denying that this is a quality built sedan with a very simple yet beautiful design. Some might say it's the best sedan in its class due to the features provided and the performance that won't let you down. The durability, sustainability along with very competitive pricing that this car offers is sure to impress everyone. It has a very good 16 V, 4 cylinder engine which promises to deliver a powerful feeling. It is a front wheel drive type and has a 5 speed manual transmission which is quite reasonable. The strut and beam suspension can very easily handle the extreme conditions offered to the car. This specific “V” variant is a high end model which posses a lot of accessories and features than the other variants. The steering wheel is electric power assisted which is very responsive. The ventilated and drum brakes is proves out to be a good combination for Toyota Etios V . The 15 inch wheel size also adds up to the sedan look. This model comes with a factory fitted entertainment system and also is full of many safety features, so you won't have to worry about anything. This car is a complete power house of comfort and convenience. The Toyota Company has certainly combined the style, comfort, performance and safety in a very unique an innovative style.
Exteriors
Toyota Etios V is available mainly in 7 colors namely Vermilion Red, Ultramarine Blue, Symphony Silver, White, Celestial Black, Serene Bluish Silver and Harmony Biege. The overall length, width and height measures out to be 3775 mm X 1695 mm X 1510 mm respectively. The fuel tank can hold on to about 45 liters of gasoline and the kerb weight comes out to be a little less than a ton. The front grille is chrome ornamented and the 12 spoke alloy wheels further add more beauty to the car . The bumper, outside rear view mirrors and the door handles are body colored. Don't be fooled by the good looking features from the outside, this car also has some of the top class safety features too such as dual SRS airbags which significantly reduce the impact of head and chest area in case of a front on collision. Plus the meter design is carefully fitted in the centre such that the driver has full focus on the road with reduced eye movement towards the dashboard and has a good driving experience. The ABS (Antilock- Braking System) along with the EBD (Electronic Brake distribution) provides a good control of the car to the driver and they provide a even stop when sudden brakes are applied. Engine immobilizer, keyless entry, door ajar and driver seatbelt warning are also some of the safety features.
Comfort features
Air conditioner with heater as well as the air filters to provide clean air to keep the inner atmosphere clean and comfortable. There are also many other cool features such as cool glove compartment, a 12V power outlet, front headrest, CD player with AM/FM options with 4 speakers are factory installed .
