Sunny 2011-2014 XL Review

Nissan Sunny is one of the stylish sedan available in the Indian car market. The company is selling it in quite a few variants, among them Nissan Sunny XL is the mid range trim. It is equipped with 1.5-litre HR15 petrol engine, which comes with a displacement capacity of 1498cc. It has the ability to churn out 97.7bhp along with 134Nm of peak torque output. This engine is mated with a five speed manual transmission gear box, which allows the sedan to achieve a top speed of 175 Kmph, while it can cross the speed barrier of 100 Kmph in close to 15.8 seconds from a standstill. This model series is bestowed with an advanced braking mechanism, which is further enhanced by ABS along with EBD and brake assist function. The front and rear wheels are equipped with ventilated disc and drum brakes respectively. Meanwhile, the front axle is assembled with a McPherson strut, whereas the rear axle is fitted with torsion bar type of mechanism.
