Jaguar XJ 3.0L Premium Luxury is the high end variant in the model lineup. This trim is with a powerful 3.0-litre diesel engine under the hood, which comes with a displacement capacity of 2993cc. It has the ability of producing a supreme power of 270.8bhp along with a hammering torque output of 600Nm. The company has mated this motor with an advanced 8-speed automatic transmission that is further incorporated with a JaguarDrive selector. This variant has adaptive dynamics system that monitors the suspension mechanism and adjusts the damping to suit according to the road condition. For keeping it agile, it is integrated with automatic speed limiter along with track dynamic stability control system. Not only this, the manufacturer has blessed this trim with several traction control features like ASR and dynamic stability control. This is perhaps the most stylish saloon developed by JLR with a sleek and lustrous body structure. Starting with the frontage, it is designed with a perforated radiator grille that is done up with a lot of chrome. It is embedded with a company insignia, which highlights the front facade. Surrounding this is the aggressive headlight cluster equipped with high intensity bi-xenon lamps along with LED DRLs and turn indicators. The body colored bumper houses an air intake section for cooling the powerful engine and this air dam is flanked by a pair of bright LED fog lamps. The bonnet is quite long and comes with four expressive lines that compliment the design of its grille. The lustrous side profile featuring elegantly sculptured cosmetics like chrome finished window frames and door handles, high gloss black finished B and C pillars, etc. The neatly crafted wheel arches are fitted with a set of 18-inch 'Meru' alloy wheels, which are covered with high performance tubeless radial tyres. Its rear profile has a distinct design featuring a curvy boot lid, which is further decorated with company's logo and a thick chrome strip. It is accompanied by a slanting backward windscreen, which gives it a look of a coupe.
