Enjoy 2013-2015 Petrol LT 7 Seater Review
Overall:
Among the ever increasing international automobile manufacturers in India, Chevrolet truly has a special place in the Indian automobile consumer’s hearts. Though people really did not consider it to be a game changer in the beginning, it was the introduction of Chevrolet Spark that led to the companies reincarnation in the country. Ever since that success, the company did not look back and have given some of the most interesting vehicles in recent times. Cars such as Chevrolet Beat continue to enjoy the lineage their predecessor have left for them. With the market being flooded by the compact vehicle segment all of a sudden, the company probably assumed to experiment with this product line too. But instead of going compact, the company hit the MPV segment which started a few years ago, but still does not have solid customer base as it faces a tough competition from the SUV segments and the compact SUVs. But whatever be the issue, the MPVs still manages to seem the perfect solution for the urban commuting, particularly for the large families, which India is renowned for. The MPVs offer a sense of space, comfort and affordability which other segments do not necessarily meet always. The latest MPV in discussion is the Chevrolet Enjoy . The MPV is Chevrolet’s attempt to grasp all kinds of customers. Broadly Indian automobile customers come in two categories, people looking for fuel efficiency and people looking for performance. Chevrolet managed to cater the needs of both by launching Chevrolet Enjoy with two engine options, the 1.3-litre diesel engine and the 1.4-litre petrol engine. While the diesel engine certainly offers impressive mileage it does manage to give decent performance too. The petrol engine however comes with splendid performance and a mileage to keep the journey going comfortably. With these two engine options and a wide range of interior modifications and exterior specifications, Chevrolet Enjoy comes in eight variants. The variants are undoubtedly separated by interior and machinery issues but the striking exteriors are inherited by more or less all the variants. The vehicle also comes with an option of seven seater and eight seater. Since the last row of the interior seating can be folded, the vehicle manages to give quite a decent boot space. The Chevrolet Enjoy Petrol LT 7 Seater is a mid range variant in the entire fleet and it comes with a combination of affordability as the low end vehicle and also as a decent performer in interiors as its top end cousin. Since the vehicle is priced at Rs. 6.31 lakhs (ex-showroom), it is a decent bet to take considering the features it comes loaded with. The Chevrolet currently is enjoying a decent amount of success and hopefully, with the new Chevrolet Enjoy launched on May 9th, the vehicle continues to enjoy the same way.
Exteriors:
Exteriors of the Chevrolet Enjoy Petrol LT 7 Seater reflect sheer beauty. The front fascia depicts a certain amount of authoritative design that is hard to ignore. The futuristic design of the front grille, air intake vents reflect the automobile design engineering efforts of Chevrolet. The vehicle’s front fascia houses fog lamps on the front bumper while the headlamp cluster lie on either side of the front grille and manages to be in sync with the fog lamps by being above them. The headlights are adjustable which is a thoughtful feature. The exterior mirrors can be manually adjusted to suit the drivers demands. The front fascia as well as the side profile also offer a decent amount of aerodynamic design rendering which is really helpful in offering a style statement for the vehicle. The Chevrolet Enjoy Petrol LT 7 Seater does have a beautiful set of steel wheels measuring at 14 inches. The rear window though steals most of the gadgets as it comes with a rear window wiper, rear window defogger and rear window washer along with rear spoiler. The tinted glass, power antenna give away a classic appeal to the Chevrolet Enjoy Petrol LT 7 Seater. The entire length of the vehicle measures at 4305mm while the width of the vehicle is 1680mm.
Interiors:
The interiors deserve every applause while detailing the Chevrolet Enjoy Petrol LT 7 Seater. It comes with a certain amount of luxury and elegance in it that it really transcends in MPV interiors to a new level . The vehicle offers a stylish design statement that reflects contemporary design and ambient arrangement.
