Reasons I like the car so much 1. Reverse parking camera 2. Reverse parking sensors 3. Best in class touch infotainment display 4. Powerful Auto AC 5. High ground clearance 6. Anti roll over protection 7. Traction control system 8. Music and Sound quality 9. Interior quality and dashboard color 10. Good power with good mileage (Got 20 km/l oh Highway @80-90kmph and 14kmpl in city traffic) 11. Service cost (Second service @10000 km after 12 months cost only 1600 rupees which are less than my royal Enfield Thunderbird) Everything you need in a car is available in Ford freestyle. Scope of improvement: 1. Rear seat comfort and practicality (I am 5'7 I don't find it uncomfortable) 2. Led DRLs (It could have been a cherry on the cake) 3. Interior quality (competitors may have better quality, but there's nothing you can complain about, in fact, I and my wife loved the car as soon as we got inside the cabin)

A value for money package I was confused between i20 and freestyle.Both are impressive cars in the hatchback segment. But i felt freestyle has up hand considering below factors Pros 1 drive comfort--its more agile 2. More ground clearance 3. More power...yes its a 3 cylinder engine 4. Powerful ac 5. Impressive infotainment system 6.solid build quality 7. Features like arp, traction control, hill assist, stability control 8. Service cost will be less than 6000 for petrol always 9. Impressive customer care service from ford India 10. Looks stunning in ruby red color 11.like Tiago the best value vfm car Cons 1.not sure on mileage .heard its not dat impressive 2.resale value problem can be der fir is also as its from ford... 3. Lesser number of service centers 4.ford might merge with Mahindra (it can be pro or con..letsee) Now for i20 Pros 1. Looks premium 2.4cylinder petrol engine 3.wide service center network 4.awesome resale value Cons 1. Costly....not vfm 2. Mileage will be been averaged

Ford allows us to drive without tension. prons- main its safety feature with the lowest price, amazing power with milage. good ground clearenc and drivability compare to other same sagment like i20 Active or other cross hatchbacks. Cheaper maintence and durable engine. Good music system. beter drive on rough roads and highways. Last is but not end its amazing look with my ruby red color. cons.- its black cabin color it must be dual color. must have projecter head lemp for a better night drive.

Everything in the car will give you a feel of being a class leader. Be it the power output of 96PS(Petrol), the torque of 120Nm, the plethora of safety features(ESP, ARP, TCS,HLA,Airbagsetc), the impeccable suspension set-up for Indian roads, the low-end torque very useful in traffic conditions, the braking, the functional roof rails(with accessories), the infotainment system, the feather-light clutch, the windshield spray, the high-speed stability, the steering feel, the NVH levels for a 3-cylinder engine and the gear-box all of these features are class-leading. Yes the car does have certain cons. The mileage in city is around 11-14, and 15-18 on highways at least initially. The color schemes aren't the best. The boot space does not qualify it for a CUV tag. Cosmetics like LED DRLs are missing, the interiors are a little bland. But overall a fantastic car for both city and highways. I own a canyon-ridge titanium+ in Petrol. One cannot expect more from a car at this price point.

Exterior is overall nice, but bright color options should be given and LED/DRLs/HID should be given as accessories atleast for styling and for modern looks. 4/5 star Interior (Features, Space & Comfort) Interiors are the functional and OK type not so great, funky dash colour doesn't look premium though. Front seats offer excellent comfort, while rear seats offer OK type comfort due to the fixed headrest, no 60:40 split and thigh support is OK type. 4/5 star. Engine Performance, Fuel Economy and gearbox are also excellent and USP of this car. 5/5 star. Safety features: Loaded with tons of safety features like ARP, traction control, Hill hold assist, Electronic Stability Control (an outstanding and unheard feature in this segment ), 6 airbags. Chassis is built well. So good mix of active & passive safety features. ( 6 out of 5 star rating here :) Ride Quality & Handling Outstanding in ride & handling, not stiffer nor soft. Perfect balance of sporty Vs comforts as I observed. Best in class and USP of this car. No other Car from any manufacturer matches in this dept. 6/5 star rating here :) ( polo & punto are other two contenders in this dept ) Service: Ford service costs is cheap unlike earlier but the quality at service centres, interaction with customers is improving but still not in the league of Maruthi or Hyundais. So, you can bear the service with excellency of the car. The product is outstanding but service is OK type. Together still on the +ve side. Final Words overall, this car is 4.5 out of 5, ( exterior styling & interior needs enhancements ) but when you match it with price, its definitely 5 out of 5 star rating. Areas of improvement Fixed rear head-rest, no 60:40 rear split seats, no Sporty Colour options like red, blue, all are plain jane colours. Interior funky colours given, not looking premium. T+ should have given higher tyre size option. No LED/DRLs/HID for styling & looks even as accessories (especially compared with competition).
