Transformer 4: The Age of Extinction

The Steven Spielberg’s sequel of Transformers is ready to hit the big screen and carry on the automotive transformation with the lead characters as Mark Wahlberg and Nicola Peltz. The duo play the roles of father and daughter and this is the story of Mark who is an automobile mechanic making a discovery of how to bring the autobots and decepticons down.

The decepticons signs up with the CIA to kill all the autobots and this is when Mark rescues Prime and repairs him. Then the battle continues as humans try to clone the Megatron by downloading its data and during this phase they discover a metal that is used to make the autobots.  This is the first time, the film will also introduce fire-breathing giant robot dinosaur-Grimlock. 

Then the battle to save the man kind continues as Optimus Prime with his comrades battles it out with the decepticons. There are several new robots and the a lot of action when compared to the previous movie. You will see the return of Megatron, this one looks stylish and even more wicked. All the Transformer fans will love the action and the car enthusiasts, well it is a complete delight to your eyes to see so many good cars in The Age of Extinction.  There are some dull moments in the movie, but it is fine as a complete package. 

Cars in the movie:

The movie has the favourite characters of Bumblebee and Optimus Prime. Optimus Prime is the same old custom Western Star truck, while Bumblebee continues to be the Chevrolet Camaro.  This time though it is a 2014 Concept Camaro. Touted as final jewel in the Transformers 4 crown, this upgraded Camaro style is expected to go in 2015 or 2016, with the sunken horizontal plane of the grille becoming slimmer and smoother for less aerodynamic drag and looking a lot more aggressive than ever before. Initially, it is the 1967 Camaro with matte black making it look mean.  

There are several more new cars in this movie. To begin with, there is the Lamborghini Aventador 700-4. " This the best Lamborghini ever" - but the Aventador LP 700-4 is no ordinary supercar. With that kind of fame - and only 4,000 ever produced. Rumored to be ‘Lockdown’ the coolest Decepticon, who captures most of the robots and has them as prisoners. 

Other new entrant is the Bugatti Veyron— the fastest car in the world. This one is the Bugatti Veyron Bugatti Grand Sport Vitesse— which is the convertible and shall be seeing fighting alongside the autobots and is thee Autobot 'Drift' in disguise.

Considered a masterpiece of design and engineering, this fierce, 2013 blood red Pagani Huayra, is named after an ancient Andean god of wind. The blood red Huayra set to appear in the movie is equipped with deployable flaps in the front and rear to maximize downforce when at high speeds or cornering, increasing drag on the back wheels, front wheels, or those on the inside of a turn. This is one of the robots designed by the humans to protect them against all the alien attacks. 

Another new character in the movie is the Crosshairs. He is a part of the Autobot team and he is the Chevrolet Corvette Stingray. There is also the Chevrolet Sonic RS, which is a rally-bred Sonic. This is a normal rally car and its driven by one of the supporting actors in this movie (Jack Reynor).
