#2015AutoShanghai: Honda's Concept D points to China-exclusive flagship SUV
Honda has unveiled a new SUV concept, Concept D, at the Auto Shanghai 2015. The Concept D will be made into production as a new flagship SUV exclusively for China and the model is already under development. The production will be handled by Honda Motor (China) Investment Co., Ltd. (HMCI), a wholly-owned Honda subsidiary in China and the SUV produced from both Guangqi Honda and Dongfeng Honda plants in China. Honda has said that the Concept D based SUV will be equipped with advanced safety technologies and other advanced features.

Seiji Kuraishi, President of HMCI, said "Including this Concept D, which is a proposal for a new value that only Honda can provide as the pioneer of the SUV market in China.
