S60 2019 highlights
Volvo has revealed the third-generation S60 in June 2018. The new Volvo S60 is expected to be introduced in the country early next year. The new S60 has switched to Volvo’s Scalable Product Architecture (SPA) platform, like other cars from the 60 and 90 series such as the V60, the XC60, the S90 and the XC90. Following Volvo’s current design direction, the 2019 S60 looks like a miniature version of the bigger Volvo S90 sedan. The cabin layout also looks similar to its 60 and 90 series siblings. The third-generation S60 is the first Volvo that won’t come with a diesel engine option. Instead, the new Volvo S60 offers two petrol-only options (T5 and T6) and two plug-in hybrid versions (T6 Twin Engine and T8 Twin Engine). An 8-speed automatic transmission is standard across the range. Check out the 2019 Volvo S60 in detail here.
