I have purchased Tata Tiago petrol top model in August 2016. Till then I have taken two free services. I faced many issues in service like1) Service center not providing pick and drop facility.
2) Not proper cleaning or washing of car after service,
3) Very bad or no place for sitting in service center,
4) Customer satisfaction is zero, No time for customer, No care of customer,
5) For many issues they are just saying it is common in all Tata Tiago we are not able to do anything in it.(Car makes sound, vibration it is common in all Tata Tiago, AC not working properly It is also common, Milage is not good then also we can not do anything )
Tata makes a very good car. For Car I can give 4 points out of 5, but for service I will give Zero. My suggestion to Tata is please make good service centers also you have made a very good car in every prospectus but if customer will face such issues after buying your car then it is completely waste.
