After a lot of delay and wait the company is launching Tata Nano today in a large launching ceremony today. nano is expected to be launched in two variants. The car is launched in two variants one is Standard model and second is Deluxe model. According to news reports the Standard model has been priced at Rs 1.3 lakh while the other variant which is named as Deluxe model is priced at Rs 2.3 lakh. Although there is not much difference between these two models but the transmission type of the Standard model is manual while the transmission type of the Deluxe model is Automatic. The tyres of the Tata Nano are tubeless and they have been manufactured after taking into consideration the situation of Indian roads.
