Look and Style: Ok, you have to get used to it... u will start loving that   Comfort is the only best thing   Pickup not for one who loves driving, not a drivers car, its a owners car...   Mileage seems to be ok ... 16-18KMPL   Best Features; Space... you will be cheated by Jain Jubilant Nissan... I have lost my money... plz stay away from these dealers. No action is taken by Nissan also... its been more than 3 weeks now...   Needs to improve after sales or after booking service... deals are tooo bad, no ethics, all are trained to lie and cheat the customers. Never buy a from Jubilant Chennai, You can rather look for VW/ Toyota/ Honda... VFM is not only with the car, its also with the service and experince you get while taking the car. 9.8L is not a small money uc, can deserve some respect.. But you wont... NISSAN is BAD... worst than once skoda had a bad after sales service, Nissan starts with after booking service itself... NO TO JAIN JUBILANT NISSAN PLZZZZZZzzzzzz........   Overall Experience; Very bad service, car is fine... but u may be cheated in some ways....

    I booked at Jubiliant,Chennai and then cancelled it as I was moving to another state.The money was refunded by Jubiliant and I had no issues

    we are sorry for the above incident but mr.raja has been clearly informed about the delivery status but he urge us and also spoke to senior people in nissan to get delivered early,while others are waiting in priority.moreover our md is not in india that time.eventhough we organised the refund cheque and given to mr.raja.we are not trained to lie.customer has to understand if the product has got some priority he has to wait like other customers if he overlude us and talk to directly to nissan people it leads problem.every custoemr is ready to get the prority but some want the delivery immediate.it is not possible because fo production & distribuition.

    Dear Mr. Balaji, You seem to justify inefficiency and discourteous behaviour of sales personnel. Let me share my bitter experience. Not one word of what is said below is exaggerated. It is true. NISSAN POST SALES itself is self-destructive and smacks of arrogance and insensitivity.A satisfied customer shares his pleasant experience with 7 other persons. A dissatisfied customer, shares his bitterness with about 63 persons - this what the marketing analysts say. I am one big dissatisfied customer. Take my advice, please look for any other car - not any from the NISSAN portfolio! I have had the most appalling experience of my life, with the sales personnel of Jubilant Nissan, Vellore. Till they got my cheque for full payment, they were so nice, unbelievably nice. Once my cheque was encashed, the sales personnel would not even attend the phone calls. I would have made 50 calls in a matter of two days to the sales executive Mr. Parthiban and his field sales person Mr. Anand, who did not receive calls; worse still, they disconnected the calls several times; and were talking to some one else, without returning the calls. Believe me I made 50 calls in two days and I had to go through someone else, to persuade them to accept my calls! This is even before the car for which I have made the payment is yet to be delivered. If these guys can be so insensitive during post sales, I wonder how I can have any service for this car. I have spoken to the Manager Mr. Suresh about this. I wish I could talk to someone higher up in JUBILANT NISSAN, if they are willing to listen. If you wish to be a sucker like me, please go ahead and buy a car from JUBILANT NISSAN. Ravindranath E.I.     HI I was just going through the comments .I have observed that lots of the -ve comments are from the buyers from South India.I seems nissan has not choosen their sales representative wisely ,,,and these type of comments really ,push back serious potential buyers like me .Alos I am to happy see that there is over 90% positive feedback on the Nissan sunny ..but still if the after sales ervice is poor ..I have to think again for this CAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAR....Any suggestions and advice will be appreciated.     The car is really good. the after sales service is pathetic. The service people will not respond to you. Even the person so called as GM for the branch doesnt have the common sense on how to speak to customers. they behave as if why did you buy this car. I happen to hear a comment from the customer service person that U r not the only cusotmer who is complaining, we have other complaints also for customer service. This shows how poor customer service nissan is providing. they have a good car, if they back it up with good customer service, it will be good. But for now, they are pathetic and are in a poor state.

    Hi all About the car: Really nice cAAAAr.i love it.good space,good control in highways,Mileage 20.2 highways. About the dealer: I bought my NISSAN Sunny XV-D from JAIN Jubiliant,Chennai.Mr.Balaji deals with me in such a good way.

    mr.raja's commented purely wrong. because i know him when i went to that showroom in egmore .he was there and shouted horribly entire showroom has disappointed because of him.. only mistake by him only this is simply answer he is a beautiful fraud trying to get more discount from the showroom.

    Mr. Kannan if you are satisfied customer, AMEN. Yet, you also need allow other people with their bitter experience to recount their sad stories, without accusing the customers to give up their rights. Without customers, even the best product is of no use and value to the manufacturers. Please allow opinion to be expressed, both pleasant ones as well bitter ones.     Hi Mr.kannan, we will not know the pain till you get in that situation. i have dealt with jubilant nissan dealer in chennai. their service is very bad. they dont bother about customers after they sell the car. Selling their priority they will not help you with any service. if you give your car for service they will replace everything damaged or not damaged, in good condiditon or not ,they will just bake up the bill and make your life miserable.even if you are ready to pay th ebill, they will not give the car before 15-20 days. the workers are very slow. they are nto trianed properly. the staff doesnt know how to speak to customers and the managers there have no clue on what is going on. such an poor state the jubilant nissan service center is..I dont know why nissan choooses such lousy dealers inspite of them having good cars. The nissan dealer in chennai especially jubilant nissan has a very very bad service support. The behave like leeches ready to suck as much money from your pocket as they can

    Pathetic, unethical and unfriendly behavior once full money is paid. Worst management support for pre-delivery or after sales service. This is worser than Mitsubishi-HM.

    True ... Let me summarise my experience with Jubilant Nissan Egmore in a sentence... Before buying we were treated like Royalty, Once the money was paid they wouldn't even offer us a chair to sit! If they offer you any deals/discounts make sure you get it in written/print before making your decision... coz once you decide to buy the product their discounts/offers become non existent. Car is nice ... but the team sucks ... We complained directly to their MD in person .... still waiting for that follow up call .. :l
