good car but worst help from the company customer care

Look and Style not so great Comfort loads of it Pickup sufficient for todays traffic Mileage 20.5 kmpl with ac (city & highway) Best Features rear space and pleasure driving Needs to improve customer care help from nissan Overall Experience good apart from customer care help from nissan micra has an electric park and fold mirrors but sunny xv has only electric fold mirrors it becomes a nu-sense to open and close everytime we park and move the vehicle want to get it automatic at my own expense but the nissan customer care say no to help on techincal of the vehicle after mailing them around 2-3 times not once got a response from them . As the showroom people say have no idea about this and escape from the problem. anybody with help please advice.
