Cons : Pathetic dealership

To start with, nissan con me by not giving me the promised acessories, I mailed them thrice for which nothing happened. Now the situation is the dealer is putting down my calls, and you can imagine how it feels when you call the dealer who used to call you before you buy the car and after the item is sold, your calls are been put down, I suggest never buy car from someone who don't respect their customers and never go for a brand who don't have a face value, crooks.

    My wife bought a Nissan Micra Active safity from Binod Nissan, Betkuchi, Guwahati on 08/06/2015. After all payments and all suddenly representative came and asked for extra Rs 3000+ for broker charge, we were shocked from where those came? the the GM called us, rudely said we have to pay for it, we have said noone told us before about that extra money, yes we will pay but give us the receipt, he denied and said then take the papers and do it urself. we then said according to rules, dealer have to to it by themself and nowhere mentioned that they will charge extra money. we also inform him that he cant force us for those money, but he was too rude and said meaningless thing. even put some comments on the profession of my wife. I wanna bring this on notice to the all people, to the owner of the Binod nissan, is this the way to behave with a customer? blackmail them at last hour for additional meaningless money? i am asking all the peoples and to help on this issues. and my request to take this matter seriously. thanks

    After viewing the comments, I will not go for Nissan on account of their after sales services.
