AC problem, Tyre Problem, Gear Problem, Water Sensor Problem

Air conditioner effectiveness is 0: The Cooling continues to be poor despite the car being sent to the car dealer (Joshi Autozone Ludhiana) many times. The A/C effectiveness of my employees Maruti Alto is much much much better!! Air Conditioner - There is an awful odour that comes when the AC is turned on. Despite sending the car various times to the dealer . The smell continues & Joshi Autozone(Ludhiana) says the AC filter needs to be changed to prevent the smell. What I don't understand is that if AC filter costing Rs.8000/- needs to be changed after the car has run only 20000 odd KM then it does not go well for a "brand" like Mercedes Benz. So Guys if you buy a mercedes please be prepared to change your air filter after 20000 km and shell out 8000 every time. The tyres area also of Poor Quality! The tire design is not suited for Indian roads! Don't buy the standard fitted tyres! Gear Change problem: When changing gears from P to D1 or P to reverse it does not function properly and we need to press a couple of times to make the operation. Break Problem- The break needs to be pressed extremely hard when you need to change the gear from Parking to Drive/Reverse. During the rainy season I observed that the sensor indicating heavy water under the car also does not give an indication. Hence not advisable to use to car during rainy season, since the hydro static lock would work and the engine will cease. I am so so disappointed with my choice to buy this car. I thought Mercedes benz is a luxury car brand, but I am sorry to say that this brand has taken my luxury away!
