Drive another hatchback, santro, nano, wagon, any before driving a Brio and you will find this a very heavy car to drive. Brakes & clutch are truck worthy, not passenger car. 1200cc engine that's BS4 whilst all others offer BS6, which gave me 6kmpl on low traffic salt lake, kolkata roads, company mentions 18. Pickup is seriously imparted, lowest torque in its segment. Severly underpowered, the pickup ensured I got verbally abused for moving too slowly in traffic as the car refused to budge. 3 weeks into my purchase the spark plugs failed and HONDA refused to replace these. I paid Rs.1600/- for 4 plugs. Bogus Honda warranty. Worst is yet to come, the steering failed - you turn the steering but wheels don't turn. Happened twice, but Honda drove-tested the car okay. 2nd time I adamantly requested dismantling the steering assembly but HONDA refused. Certified the car after a 2 km drive as inspected okay. The battle continued for 6 months but HONDA refused to honour it's after sales service & manufacturing defects warranty. do not buy a honda, they never make mistakes, you do by buying one. Try another brand before choosing honda, won't look rue my advice.

Thug company Honda. No warranty. They don't repair manufacturing defects. You buy it you repair it during warranty period too. Bogus Honda warranty. Once you buy & a defect surfaces, you face the music

Sold it after 6 months. To a 2nd hand car dealer. Got fed up of the defects & Honda's refusal to repair even the major defects. Had to pay for all repairs.
