Feeling like cheated by ford
Dear Team Ford India, I have brought an eco sport on 17th Oct 2017 from one of the reputed dealer (KS ford Jaipur Durga Pura). i was aware that there is another model of eco sport will be launched as the picture are available on internet. i asked the sales person of the expected date of launch. he replied i have no idea. I have visited the showroom yesterday & i asked that when it was about to launch, why have you denied, the answer was shocking he replied (Koi Dealer nahi batata). he has to sell old models first. I asked him, what will you do with the old models now. he said will offer good cash discount against those cars to sell. one of my friend visited another outlet of KS ford they are offering a good amount of discount on old models. " This has been a worst experience with Ford " I am feeling like cheated by Ford. Looking forward to a prompt response & solution. Saurabh Faujdar 9929522289 Eco sport Trend + user
