Ford Figo Aspire
Ford Figo Aspire
I recently bought a Ford Figo Aspire Titanium facelift 2018 model on Oct 18 after surveying the market extensively. I was actually looking for a car which could be a logical upgrade for my wife after she had driven her Wagon R for nearly 4 years since 2014. My wife was pretty satisfied with her Wagon R till she drove my Tata Tigor petrol version. She could immediately sense the lack of features and lack lustre performance of her Wagon R and started complaining of the lack of power with AC on and the poor refinement that Wagon R had with respect to my Tigor. There was nothing wrong with her car except for the relative experience she was having between her wagon R and my Tigor XZ(O) petrol. The monthly petrol bills for both petrol cars wagon R and Tigor together with skyrocketing fuel prices were also pushing me to look for a good diesel option. My need forced me to look towards the diesel option in a budget of a sub-4-meter sedan. I am engineer and I test drove all target cars and looking at performance I had a tough choice between Honda Amaze and a Ford Figo Aspire. Both diesel options were good but Aspire clearly was emerging as a value for money and a performance package that could not be denied. I decided to leave the decision to wife and to my amazement she fell in love with Aspire the moment she saw it. It was instant love and the performance of her car still amazes her. Fortunately, Ford Figo Aspire still is not a very popular car and is not seen around much and that uniqueness of the styling and not so many around gave the Ford Figo Aspire the preference. We brought the Aspire home in the 2018 festive season and I too love taking it out in the evening and on long drives. I really appreciate the refinement, fuel efficiency and the power-packed performance that ford has been able to pack in this small beast. I recommend that if you love to be on driver's seat go for the test drive of this diesel and let the love story unfold.

Diesel ...best In Class Compact Sedan
Best power-packed compact sedan. Excellent ride and handling. The diesel engine is too good. Power and precision. Equally matched.
Best Compact Sedan Car
Best Compact Sedan car on the Indian road. For the last 2 years, I am using it. No issues till now. There are so many misconceptions about the car. I love it.
Overall Good But Low Fuel Economy
Overall it is a good package. Got more features than Amaze and Dzire with low spending. But not happy with fuel efficiency. Average of 16 on the highway with AC
