Car from repairing workshop

My friend purchased a new FIAT Punto on 17/02/2012. Looks of the car are good. But atfer starting the car for first time we found that speedometer of the car is not working. So we launched a complint for that and then company replaced that sparepart after almost 3 months. Now My friend told me that the mileage of his car is around 11.6kmph. The service cente people always tells him that we had worked on Average of your car but on every servicing the problem continues. My friend calls it like "HATTI POSALA AHE" Their own employees don't even trust this car. so my recommendation is don't purchase this car. My friend is trying to sold this car.
