Pros : Space, performance & style

Cons : Not good interiors.

Look and Style Looks and style is definately like you are driving a BIG CAR. and space inside the car is just awesome. Comfort Truly a comfort drive for small families of 5 - 6 members.    Pickup Pickup is good as its powered by 1.2 ltr petrol engine. Mileage i am yet to write a comment on it as i took car just before a week.    Best Features SPACE, STYLE & PERFORMANCE. Needs to improve Interior color combination.Overall Experience Great !!!

Awesome car I have ever seen..... This is the best hatchback segment car... I purchased it before a week... and like everything about this car... really apreciable features are:- it has more space than any other hatchbank more style turbocharged engine is best when comes to compete with other engine mileage is about 22km per liter bluetooth music facility is also good and driving comfort is also awesome seating style of seats are also great

Yes definitely its a great car as i said value for money. i took a petrol top version , average in city is 14 and long runs it should be 17 - 18... need to test that.

Only thing mileage, if we get 17-18 on petrol, good

    Abhishek Roy |21 Mar,2013 12:39:57 PM

17 - 18 you will get on long runs definitely not in city.

what about engine life in long run

    abhishek roy |21 Mar,2013 12:39:17 PM

for engine life there is 5 years warranty from chevy it includes engine life and transmission.. i think thats more than enough for car. 353 is what they are offering. 3 years full car warranty covers full body. 5 years engine & transmission warranty. 3 years chevy promise that maintain.. charges in 3 yrs will not go beyond 17 / 19K... (i dont remember exact amount).

Hello Abhishek, I saw the car yesterday at a showroom, it does look impressive all-round. Have you found out about the mileage yet. I have decided to go for the petrol version

    Abhishek roy |21 Mar,2013 12:36:11 PM

About milage - i filled the tank full when i purshased it around 45 lts is the capacity. but till date i never got time to take it for long drives , car mostly ran in city, from office to home nearby places etc. i have not checked the milage though but with full time AC it should not be more than 13-15. We all know there is hell lot of traffic and use of clutch and brakes are more. i am sure when i take this to long distances it will shoot up to 17 / 18.

hi i have a budget 5lac and badly confused between i10 magna and chevy sail UVA LS, please suggest for which car I should go

    Abhishek |25 Mar,2013 04:22:49 PM

Hi Amit, You should answer below questions before you jumped in selection of cars. 1) you want to drive a small / big car. 2) how much is driving pleasure imp to you. 3) Do you have a mid sized family of 5 (1 couple, parents and kid). if answers to all these are (1) Big (2) Yes (3) Yes. Then go for Sail Uva .. you will not be disappointed. On other hand if you are buying this car only for you and spouse/GF. then i10 will also do. We have hyundai accent as well, i know most of Hyundai cars have style but the bad thing is Maintenance . Its pretty expensive man. Regarding SAIL UVA a) This is actually bigger than premium hatchbacks moving around, if you read magzines & blogs as well Uva is compared with 120/Toyota liva / figo and others. b) if you go for diesel you will get bloody powerful engine of 1.3 cc but that will be bit out of budget so go for petrol which will come in 1.2 variant. c) pickup is pretty good and driving comfort is 200%. Cons a) Interiors should be more lively; but you can always go for wooden finish dashboards / chrome sets later. b) turning radius is large, sometime in narrower paths it will be slightly difficult. c) it should come as AT OVRM. which is not there.
