Overall Experience Very Very Very Pathetic Service from them...... 1 month before I bought Chevrolet beat LS version from ARAS Madurai. Before and After Sales Service is Pathetic ........... Initially, my car ignition was not getting on. I've been calling their breakdown service. But they haven't turned up on the first day... But on the next day they turned up and they have asked Rs.300 as a Breakdown service charge without any bill. But at the same time, my friend owned Toyota coralla, Altis. He had the similar problem, he called the breakdown service. Toyota dealers came with in half an hour and rectified the issue and they haven't asked any money. These A.R.A.S. people are money minded. With in three days, My car is making huge noise in the front wheel.... During that time I was in an emergency to attend one function. I told to their same breakdown service. They told me to bring the car to the service station. I have called 3 to 4 times and requested them but of no use. they asking me to come to their service center. To my bad luck their service station is placed 25 kms out of the city. If I drive 25 kms and took it to the service station, my car would have spoiled.. Very very pathetic after sales service. Just to an eyewash, they are advertising 3 years warranty. See the Chevrolet website it is still showing the wrong service center address in madurai. Request General Motors to look into this and provide proper after sales service.
