Best car in this segment with good looks and comfort. Start-stop button with keyless entry and good boot space. Good leg room with good pickup and overall looks are awesome.

I am writing this review of my Toyota Urban cruiser 2020 mid variant after driving it 15000 kilometres. As I have purchased this in lockdown so I have to wait for 4 months but the staff at Toyota was very very supportive and the delivery experience was very good except for the waiting period. Talking about the pros of the car 1). Urban cruiser has one of the most reliable 1.5-litre natural aspirated engines. This four-cylinder petrol engine is very refined. It feels good to drive in the city and cruise well on the highways. 2). Toyota is not known for good mileage but this Toyota urban cruiser has very good mileage. It gives 15 kmpl in city and 17 kmpl on highways even with this big petrol engine. 3). The best part about this car is that it provides all the necessary features like keyless entry, all power windows, premium looking drl with led headlights, all this right from its base variant. 4). Toyota gives 3 years or 1 lakh kilometre warranty on the urban cruiser whereas other cars have only 2 years warranty. Talking about the CONS: 1). This car doesn't come with any diesel option while another car gives a diesel option. 2). Urban cruiser should have features like sunroof, ventilated seats, wireless Android auto and apple car play at least in its top variant 3). Urban cruiser looks similar to Vitara Brezza that doesn't feel good being a Toyota owner. Overall it's a very good family car that doesn't feel heavy on your pocket. And its mid variant is the most value for money variant, you can definitely go for it.

The Toyota urban cruiser looks stylish and stunning. It also looks similar to a Vitara Brezza. It's also very comfortable and sitting comfort also very excellent with mileage also good enough for this category car. Its alloy wheel is also good-looking and attractive. It comes with DRL-led lights. 

This is a good car for urban use if you need to go from Point A to Point B. This car is not for car enthusiasts. More for office goers and once a week family use type. According to me: The pros are- 1) No vibration due to 4 cylinders. 2) Extremely refined/silent/smooth engine. 3) Good power since it's 1.5 L. 4) Very good brakes. 5) Very clear and broad view while driving. 6) AT transmission is very smooth. 7) Value for money, and also may offer good resale. 8) Very professional service by Toyota. 9) Looks like a proper SUV (good car stance and commanding position for the driver). 10) Very good control and steering response. 11) climbs easily on inclines. 12) Good space inside and boot. The cons are- 1) I have driven in Mumbai about 2000 km and the mileage is only 9kmpl. 2) You get only 2 airbags. 3) The odometer and touch screen look a bit outdated. 4) The way to change options on the odometer by turning the knobs given is very old-fashioned. Tips: Go for mid variant (High) which is value for money. You just need to add the reverse parking camera.

I bought Urban Cruiser High (Manual) on 25 August 2021. Happy with my decision. Car is very best in its segment, performance. Mileage 18+kmpl, front look, dual projector whities, and wider headlamps have better road coverage and better than cars like Creta, Hector, Venue, Nexon headlamps, 215/60/16 profile tyre has better road grip, push-button start/stop, keyless entry and last but not the least cruise control with last memory of cruising speed provides a very happy drive experience. And apart from Maruti Suzuki (which offers a 40k km/2years warranty), Toyota gives a 1Lac km/3years warranty without any charge. Maruti charges 12k-15k for 1lac/3years warranty. Overall Happy with the Toyota Urban Cruiser offerings and services. Full marks to Toyota 🤩💖💯👌👌?

I have driven a Mid Variant Manual transmission car for more than 1000km. Pros:- Engine very smooth and responsive with zero cabin noise. No lag found. Handling is almost perfect. The front look is really good. Lights are best in the segment. Mileage is average, presently I get 13kmpl. The cabin is spacious. The boot is enough for 4 people to go for 7 days travel. AC is pretty strong. The music system is ok. Basic features are all present in the cabin. Cons:- Rear look could have been different from Brezza. Interior plastic quality could have been better.

Value for money SUV by Toyota. It looks premium from the outside and the engine is best in the segment with 1500cc and 4 cylinders. Sunroof could be an advantage but sunroof given in the same segment is of no use due to its very small size so it is not a must-have feature. Boot space is good, comfort is nice but they should have paid more attention to making the interior look more premium. Infotainment is decent and even better than other SUVs in this segment. Ride quality and suspension are very good. Road visibility is decent and ground clearance is best in class. Though the design is adopted from Vitara Brezza overall look feel is more like a mini Fortuner.
