Toyota Glanza 2019-2022 Maintenance Cost

Awesome experience of driving Glanza. Toyota is a very good brand and this is the reason I choose Glanza over Baleno is that service is far far better.

I bought Toyota Glanza G petrol Semi hybrid variant in oct-20 and its almost 1 year. Overall the car is great, the mileage is great but not what's advertised. I regularly drive on highways and the maximum fuel efficiency is given was 22kmpl that too with AC on in nighttime. In the city, it easily gives 15-17 km, and on highways 20-22kmpl at an average speed of 80kmph. It is still better considering a 1.2 ltr petrol engine. The Toyota service needs no mentioning as it is the cheapest and best in class, I have owned a Hyundai car too and I could say Toyota offers better quality and cheaper service, plus customer support and satisfaction is best in class. Car AC is great, comfort is awesome, seats are just perfect and will not let you feel uncomfortable during long journeys. I have found some issues like clutch and gear shifting is a little hard (as compared to Hyundai) and the horn could be better. Overall it's a great car and better than Baleno in terms of after-sales service and customer support.

Overall the car is somewhat ok, not something to over expect. 1. Ground clearance is the issue. 2. Service cost: I am into my 20,000 km service. It is nowhere nearby 3500/yr. As claimed by the company, when asked for the same, the service officials explained it is only for labor cost (Strange 😳) 3. The suspension strikes very hard when driving single seems like the extra width of the vehicle makes the wheelwork as a loaded cantilever and makes noise when falls to the road pit. 4. Build quality is so, not for good, one can understand from vehicle weight. This cost-cutting compensated by adding few features. Moreover, outside metal sheet makes you feel the body strength is low, which makes it underrated on safety point of view, especially on Indian highways. Overall, it is a good spacious feature-loaded, low height cabin with low ground clearance, so built quality and with higher service cost (compared to the company claimed service cost.) 🌟 2.5 stars 🌟 I recommend going through other options too, once you are going to buy this.

Pathetic Experience. Maybe I got a faulty unit. Dashboard noise is coming from day one, when asked during service they said sir full dashboard  A few months later fuel pump was required to change because of faulty units, now the steering is making weird noise as if some metal parts are rubbing without lubrication. All this within 1.5 years, the suspension is also making noise now. Overall if you drive 5-10kms to your office and come back you can opt for this. But not worth paying this much money

I own this car for nearly 1.5 years, it's a hybrid g variant. The odometer reads 34500 km. Overall nice car to drive with good space, very fine engine, superb mileage 20kmpl in city and 30kmpl on the highway in winters. Milage depends on driving style. Low service cost. On 30000 km service paid RS6200 only problem lies is it's very light build quality. Dent is very common. The audio quality of the infotainment system is just ok. Service quality is good. Overall I am satisfied with this car.

The first question is why should you buy a Glanza over a Baleno then 1st. Cheaper (g hybrid and g variant ) 2nd lesser waiting period, rest the car on its own is spacious, comfortable, fuel-efficient, good for city runabout and the maintenance thanks to Toyota e-60 service and app you get the exact amount you have to spend on the servicing of the car. Tried to keep it short and simple hope should help.

The car is good in all aspects but on mileage point, a bit on the lower side initially especially the CVT variant. Hopefully, it increases but overall comfort, style, looks, maintenance wise Glanza is on par with Baleno. After-sale service of Toyota is bang on as usual. Expecting more and more Glanza on road in the future.

Best car, good mileage, good looks. Design is good, Toyota, after service is a quite good price, is nominal, let us go for it.
