MG ZS EV 2020-2022 spare parts

I was very impressed with the car when I saw it first. I had a pretty smooth purchase experience. The car worked well for a while then I started having some range related issues with it. It seems like an isolated incident so I cannot comment on this, but what I can say is MG provides by far the worst customer service out of any company. I've had to run after them to sort out my issues. They don't get back to me for days on end even with me calling them every day. You should stay away from MG.

It is not so good as any other brand in India because it has no service centres as the other existing brand has in India.

Pathetic Experience since the day I took the delivery of my New MG Electric SUV, On the way to my home town at Khopoli near Khalapur Expressway the front Tyre Busted and luckily we were saved as no vehicle was behind. And when I took it to the service center of MG, they charged me for my tyre, No replacement was given. Now after few days the SUV started pulling towards left side while driving, so I took it to service center again on 26th July and today after five days have passed away they are unable to rectify the fault, service center people are waiting for MG electric experts to arrive and rectify the fault. Finally, I have made a life's biggest mistake by Purchasing Chinese Company Morris Garage-Electric SUV.
