The Sportage is a mid-size SUV in Kia’s global lineup that rivals likes of the Hyundai Tucson, Jeep Compass and the Mahindra XUV500. The Sportage is currently in its fourth generation, which debuted back in 2015 and received a facelift in 2018. Although it is not likely to launch in India anytime soon, the Sportage is basically a group sibling of the Hyundai Tucson. Like the India-spec Tucson, the Sportage is offered with a set of 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engine with outputs of 155PS/192Nm and 185PS/400Nm, respectively. The Sportage is similar the Tucson on the features front as well. It gets six airbags, a panoramic sunroof and a 10-way electrically adjustable driver seat, among others.
