The Jaguar C X16 Concept has been recognised by the British readers of What Car? Magazine as the vehicle they would most like to see launched in 2012. Despite strong competition, the C X16 Concept, originally unveiled at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September 2011, emerged as the clear winner. Adrian Hallmark, Global Brand Director, Jaguar Cars and Ian Callum, Director of Design, accepted the Award for the 'Most Exciting Car to be Launched in 2012' from Chas Hallett, Editor-in-Chief of What Car? Magazine.

Jaguar has pulled out two new concepts out of the bag defying the prediction of a single CX16 sports car concept when the CX 75 concept is basically a surprise to many. As for the Land Rover’s stance at the Auto Expo, the renowned SUV manufacturer has brought the Defender Concept 100 Sports (DC 100 S) with some exceptional features to boast about.

Tata Motors is on the verge of celebrations and why not when its British subsidiary Jaguar Land Rover is posting a growth beyond their expectations. A recent news tells us that JLR which had recently launched the Range Rover Evoque in India is expanding its Merseyside plant in Halewood to double its size. It is the same factory which produces the baby Evoque SUV, imported into the Indian car market as a CBU as of now where 3000 employees work together to deliver the overwhelming results.
