We were among the first buyers 3 years back, despite the high cost of ownership. From the first week onwards, the car is anything but trouble, which is not a surprise for an indigenous car in India. Worst has been the service. Difficult to get hold of anyone when you need help on the road. Persistently repeating problems with the steering, battery, electronics system, the clutch, mileage. Now just a few days after 3 years, the car has been going into safe mode since a week and there is no roadside assistance or warranty. The dealers can't make sense of what is happening most of the time M&M call centre probably the most pathetic service in India. The trouble is not the car but the company & its dealers. Best advice after suffering for 3 years - Do not buy this white Elephant. 

Look and Style: Silver beauty, small, succinct and sleek looks. Comfort: Easy to move around, cosy, feels like driving a two-wheeler with an ease in a crowded city. Pickup: Good; Innova and Scorpio drivers get annoyed while being overtaken. Mileage: Good until 45km. Best Features: Its small size is its best feature. Needs to improve: Mileage factor needs to be improved. Overall Experience: Pretty good; most suitable for lady drivers.

Look and style is excellent compared to any other car in the market. Comfort is excellent compared to any other car in the market. Pickup is good compared to any other car in the market. Mileage is excellent compared to any other car in the market. Best Features is excellent for working woman compared to any other car in the market. All in all I would rate is a value for money vehicle.
