Nice car with great built quality max mileage I get in the city with AC is about 14 to 13  highway mileage under 90 Km per hour is above 18 even with AC on service guys try to cheat you to change the clutch, brake pad before true wear and tear one issue is 1 & 2 gears seems very low powered in hilly regions service components are bit costly. This is about the diesel engine. I have run about 1lakh km in 6.5 years.

I am using the Hyundai i20 Sports 2019 model brought on November 19. I am very disappointed with car mileage. On highways, I am getting 13km mileage without ac. I rarely use my car and still, the first service is pending. I ride around 4k km to date in 11 months.

It is a nice car. I purchased it in October 2019. Smooth driving experience. Good service from Hyundai.

60 km driven so far. Now the entire engine has an issue. The service center's quoting 1 lakh and my cars Stephanie tires were stolen by service center. Hope the car is good due to service centers it's all happening.

Overall a good package. Mine is a petrol Asta option. This is a car that suits those who are looking for maximum safety and features with average mileage and space. Service cost is not that expensive compared to competitors. Good for long drives and comfort is good. I have done 40K still it?s a quiet and comfortable drive. My main purpose to buy goes mainly to safety, features, cabin silence, and overall looks & quality in an under 10 lakh price range which this car satisfies.

I have purchased Elite I20 Sportz plus on Aug 28th, 2019. Within 1 week I have faced Brake hard issue and taken to service center they release the air, again I faced the same issue and they released the air on my 1st service. But still, I am facing the issue while driving in city limit traffic. I am writing this today when I was driving my car (Elite I20) The clutch gets harder and the car stops in the middle of the road which makes me feels guilty about the public. I loved the car before purchase but now? The car is taken by the service center guy who stated that the model facing clutch cylinder problem frequently and the company replacing. Why not you informed us before for the replacement? Before I used Hyundai Accent 2000 model used around 20 yrs it was a very good and smooth car I changed that only for the age of the car, but now I feel compared to that Accent 2000 model the elite I20 2019 model is poor than that. I feel disappointed in purchasing the car and which makes me mentally ill due to breakdown in public.

Stability is good even at 140 km but it gives a mileage around 14-15 km. The maintenance cost is average. Service is easily available. But at this cost, many options are available as VW polo, Ford Figo, Honda Amaze.
