November 7, 2015: Maruti has launched the WagonR Stingray with AMT at a base price of Rs. 4.98 lacs. To equip Wagon R with AMT (Automated-Manual-Transmission) is on the cards for Maruti for a long time and the Wagon R was recently spotted wearing AGS (Auto-Gear-Shift) badge. The car is lagely same to the current car, except for the Auto Gear Shift badge on the tailgate and the automatic transmission lever on the inside. The update also include optional ABS and driver, passenger airbag across the lineup.
